Judge’s Critique:

Special Beginners Dog or Bitch 2 (1abs)
1 Kears – Foxriever Infinite Spirit (ai) 9 month liver male. Nice enough in profile but occasionally tends to lose his topline. Pleasing head but his expression is dull. Moderate neck with adequately placed shoulders. Well sprung ribs. His rear movement needs to tighten. BP as there was no puppy bitches entered to challenge him
Males:
Puppy 5 (0abs)
1. Foxriever Infinite Spirit.
2. Dooley’s – Violeta Mariposa Horace Du Moulin Paula. Quite stubborn and handler not making the best of him. Attractive Masculine head with intelligent expression. Good straight front with strong boned legs. Adequate layback of shoulders. Good width of thigh and strong hocks. Needs to settle on the move and handler has to find the right pace for him
3. Sutton & Whiteheads – Foxriever Fire Fly (AI)

Junior 4 (0abs)
1. Sutton & Whiteheads – Foxriever Immortal Spirit. I liked his size and substance. Lovely temperament as his tail never stopped wagging. His head of balanced proportions with attractive expression. Strong neck flowing into withers. Good straight front with tight fitting elbows. Well developed hindquarters for his age.
He covered the ground with ease but the kink on his tail is a bit distracting to the eye.
2. Clack & Batlle Hunter’s – Krisbos Leonidas With Molokain (IKC) Found him finer all over than 1 and preferred the head of 1. He need a bit more time to mature and fill out. Pleasing head and good forehand construction. Short in couplings with deep brisket. Good wide thigh but his hocks have to strengthen as his rear movement was all over the place. Good forward reach.
3. Foxriever Fire Cracker

Limit 3 (1abs)
1. Stevens – Brightmeadow Rumour Has It JW. Mature well proportioned head with dark eye. Good straight front with tight feet. Correct earset. Strong moderate neck sloping into withers. Well angled at both ends. Well sprung ribs Moved steadily on the move but would prefer to see stronger hocks RCC.
2. Valentine’s – Ravenho Tallow Tango At Pattonia. Good height to length proportions giving him balance with no exaggerations. Pleasing head but when it came down to it I preferred the head of 1. Mature body with no exaggerations. In excellent coat and condition. His head carriage on the move could be much better.

Open 5 (1abs)
1. Hodson’s – Rowancurl Gentle Gaelor. I loved his size and substance and not overdone in any way. Classical head with aloof expression. Presents a balanced and elegant outline. Strong neck flowing into withers. Well laid shoulders and deep in brisket.
Strong level topline. Well developed hindquarters. Excelled on the move with excellent forward reach. CC Surprised he was not a title holder.
2. Stubbs – Brightmeadow Take Your Time At Densdale. Similar to 1 but shorter in leg and couplings. Pleasing head but overall preferred the head and expression of 1. Good forehand construction including well boned forelegs and tight fitting elbows.
Wide in thighs with well let down hocks. Carried himself well on the move.
3. Brookes – Sh Ch Infallibles Black Crusader at Kelsmere (Imp)

Veteran
1. Hawley-Clarkes – Karnawalowy Drink Z Basisfory TAF Would prefer to see wider muzzle although he had a kind expression. Good straight front with tight fitting elbows. Strong bone with tight feet. Body in hard condition. Well developed hindquarters. A bit of a low tail set. Quite lethargic on the move. Good breed type. BV as there were no veteran bitches entered to challenge him,

Puppy
1. Withheld.

Junior 2 (1abs)
1. Whiteheads – Foxriever Sea Fyre. Feminine all through. Head of good proportions. Very balanced outline with no exaggerations. Good straight front and excellent shoulder placement. Deep in brisket and strong over the loin. Strong level topline. Good width of thigh and bend of stifle. Strong push off from well let down hocks. She must have a bright future.

Post Graduate 4 (3abs)
1. Foxriever Sea Fyre.
2. Findlow’s – Roughyeds Gold Stick Cellar. Presents a clean balanced outline. Elegant and feminine appearance. Pleasing head. A bit careless with her front when standing. Deep in brisket and strong over the loin. Preferred the movement of 1.

Limit 4 (1abs)
1. Harrison’s – Brightmeadow Never Can Say For Glenbrows. Won on movement which was a pleasure to watch. Good size and substance. Good straight front with tight fitting elbows. Pleasing well proportioned head with intelligent expression. Well developed hindquarters.
2. Hayes & Chattwood – Gorchest’s Pendlecurl’s Rising Star At Pepperiever. Shorter coupled and higher on the leg than 1. Pleasing head with alert expression. Well laid shoulders and return of upper arm. Well muscled throughout. Strong topline and loin. In excellent coat and condition. Moved truly in both directions but just preferred that of 1.
3. Clack & Eddery’s – Epsilon Adhara At Molokain JW.

Open 4 (0abs)
1. Stephens – Sh Ch Ravenho Up Town Girl For Brightmeadow JW. Quality from nose to tail with no exaggerations. Feminine and giving an elegant appearance. Attractive feminine head with pleasing expression. Strong neck flowing into withers. Well laid shoulders. Good straight front with tight fitting elbows. Deep in brisket with well sprung ribs. Strong topline and loin. Well bent stifles. Correct head and tail carriage on the move. Tight coat. CC & BOB.
2. Clack & Eddery’s – Sh Ch Molokain Hocus Pocus. Another one full of quality and who excelled on the move. Slightly smaller than 1 but perfectly balanced all the same. Pleasing feminine head with intelligent expression. Strong moderate neck with well laid shoulders. Good straight front with well boned forelegs and tight feet. Well muscled body properties. Good wide thighs and bend of stifle. Strong hocks which she used to drive from the rear RCC.
3. Bain’s – Crimblescurl Time To Tango At Wenichones JW.
