Judge’s Critique:

SBD (1)
1 Adam’s Foxriever Infinite Spirit. Upstanding youngster who presents a balanced appearance. Still needs to develop in body to fill his frame but only young and has time on his side. Pleasing head, correct wedge shape along with a good eye and expression. Clean over his neck and shoulders, straight front, firm topline that he holds on the move and good width of hindquarters. On the move needs to strengthen in his hind action.

PD (3)
1 Pavitt & Whitehead’s Foxriever Firecracker.Tidy sort of good make and shape. Pleasing strength throughout but is not overdone in anyway. Good head piece, balanced, dark eye and neat well placed ears. Well made front assembly standing on good legs and feet. Good depth of chest for his age, pleasing body and well bent stifles. Presented in good coat. Moved soundly once he got into his stride, BPD.

2 Foxriever Infinite Spirit.

3 Sutton & Whitehead’s Foxriever Fire Fly.

JD (6)
1 Sutton & Whitehead’s Foxriever Immortal Spirit. Liked his size and overall typical appearance. Good bone and substance but shows no sign of coarseness. Correct body to height ration. Pleasing head, good length of muzzle and the required oval eye shape and a gentle expression. Strong neck set in well placed shoulders, firm topline and well rounded quarters. Moved well fore and aft, BJ.

2 Clack, Batlle-Hunter & Eddery’s Krisbos Leonidas With Molokain (IKC). On first inspection thought he could have been my winner but on the day was not as settled on the move as the first. Typy dog who is well made throughout. Presents a balanced outlook. Muscular neck and a good layback of shoulder. Best of legs and feet, well sprung ribs and a good bend of stifle.

3 Foxriever Infinite Spirit.

GD (2)
1 Foxriever Immortal Spirit.

2 Edworthy’s Brightmeadow Man Of Steel. Well made dog of overall good make and shape. Typical in head with a good eye and expression. Pleasing depth of chest with plenty of heartroom. Firm topline along with good strength of hindquarters. Presented in good coat. Not as positive on the move as the winner.

LD (3,1)
1 Stephens Brightmeadow Rumour Has It JW. Excellent strength throughout but is no way overdone. Upstanding as the standard asks for but has that touch of elegance to complete the picture. Balanced head with the best of expressions. Pleasing reach of neck and a good layback of shoulder. Good length of rib, correct tailset and a pleasing bend of stifle. Cost of good texture. Sound on the move.

2 Valentine’s Ravenho Tallow At Pattonia. Dog of good size and balance and was presented in good coat on the day. Pleasing head shape with a good eye and expression. Well made front assembly, firm body, well sprung ribs and nicely rounded quarters. On the move could not match the flowing stride of the winner.

OD (6,1)
1 Stubbs Brightmeadow Take Your Time At Densdale. Impressive dog who ticked most of the boxes I was looking for in the breed. Upstanding with good strength throughout but is not overdone anyway and another who had that required touch of elegance. Best of heads with that wedge like appearance and good length and strength of muzzle. Strong muscular neck, well laid back shoulders, pleasing length of rib along with a short strong loin. Shown in the best of coats. Moved soundly with reach and drive, CC & BOB.

2 Clack’s Bazzy Inti Anka At Molokain (IMP CZE). Slightly different stamp and style to the winner and won his place on his sound and positive movement covering the ground on the easiest of strides. Pleasing head, good eye shape and a kind and alert expression. Scored in neck and shoulders. Stands on good legs and feet, well developed body with a good depth of chest. Strong muscular hindquarters that he uses to advantage on the move. Good coat texture, Res.CC.

3 Brookes Sh.Ch.Infallibles Black Crusader At Kelsmere (IMP NOR).

GCD (2)
1 Foxriever Fire Cracker.

2 Foxriever Infinite Spirit.

PB (2,1)
1 Cummings Maycourt Island Girl For Breichside. Promising puppy of overall good make and shape. Everything is in the right place for her age and I am sure if she continues to develop and mature on these lines her owner will have a lot of fun with her. Balanced head with a typical outlook. Pleasing front assembly, well developed body for her age and the required moderate bend of stifle. Once she got into her stride moved well, BP.

JB (2,1)
1 Whitehead’s Foxriever Sea Fyre. Stood alone but a worthy winner. Liked her size, shape and balance. Pleasing head with a good eye and expression. Clean over the neck and shoulders, straight front and good feet. Shapely body, pleasing spring of rib and good width to her quarters. In good coat and moved well fore and aft.

GB (4,1)
1 Foxriever Sea Fyre.

2 McKenzie’s Ravenho Toulouse Latresco at Beddgelert. Typy sort who presents a balanced and typical appearance. Good head and expression along with neat well placed ears. Muscular neck set in well placed shoulders along with a good return of upper arm. In good order on the day. Moved soundly.

3 Disley’s Firecurl Redwing.

PGB (1)
1 Perkins Maycourt Miss Sweetness At Tengore. Bigger framed bitch but still very well balanced and keeps a feminine outlook with that touch of elegance and no signs of coarseness. Typical head piece with a kind expression. Well angulated forequarters along with good legs and feet. Level topline and a good tailset and carriage. Sound on the move.

LB (3,1)
1 Harrison’s Brightmeadow Never Can Say For Glenbrows. Tidy bitch with that required upstanding appearance, good strength throughout and built on clean lines. Best of heads, good length and strength of foreface and a dark eye of good shape. Best of fronts, good depth of chest with plenty of heartroom, quality bone and good legs and feet. Body of correct proportions, slightly longer than tall. Firm back, strong short loin and a good bend of stifle. Covered the ground with good reach and drive, CC.

2 Gill & Peake’s Ravenho Midnight Miracle At Saxonholme. Liked her overall shape and size and is well built throughout. Has the required wedge shape head that typifies the breed. Clean front, well sprung ribs, firm body with the slight tuck up asked for in the breed standard. Good width of hindquarters. Moved well.

OB (6,2)
1 Stephens Sh.Ch.Ravenho Up Town Girl For Brightmeadow JW. Quality bitch who was presented on the day in an excellent coat of crisp curls. So well balanced with good bone and substance throughout but is not overdone in anyway. Pleasing head, strong neck and a good layback of shoulders. Shapely body, visable forechest, well ribbed and well rounded quarters. A very sound and positive mover covering the ground on the best of strides, Res.CC.

2 Clack & Eddery’s Sh.Ch.Molokain Hocus Pocus. Another very good one, feminine appearance but has the required strength and substance to complete the picture. Clean outline keeping a good shape both stood and on the move. Good head and eye. Strong muscular neck, level topline that she holds on the move and a pleasing bend of stifle. Has that required powerful movement with good reach and drive.

3 Parker-Miles Overbore’s Ace Of Hearts.
