Curly Christmas Quiz, 21 December 2023
What a fabulous evening we had on Thursday at the zoom Christmas Quiz hosted by Carol Johnstone, Aly Clayton & Heather Driscoll. It was great to see everyone joining in, including our international friends, and it certainly got everyone in the Christmas spirit…
There were six sections of questions including all things Christmas – General Knowledge, Songs, Food & Drink, Films & TV. A picture round where AI pictures of dogs were created by inputting their Breed Standard & everyone had to guess the breed; and a Curly specific round.
The prizes were Curly Club Shop Vouchers for first, second & third place. Our winner was Addriana, Ellen & Colin came second, and third was team – Jo, Brett, Wendy, Richard & Nigel.
Well done everyone!

Run by Jill Gardner, owner of Foxcote Golden Retrievers. “I have successfully trained, worked and competed my Goldens for 35 years. I’m a Kennel Club B panel field trial judge also judging working tests including minor breeds. I routinely provide reward based, supportive 1:1s and workshop training. Through this, I’ve gained a wide range of experience of many gundog breeds and the training challenges that can arise. Above all I love helping people to have the best fun and rewarding times with their dogs!
