Cheshire Game & Country Fair, 24 & 25 August 2025

Curlies were respresented this weekend at Cheshire Game & Country Fair, Cheshire Showground, Tabley. The Curly team was made of Jo & Brett Clayton with Hebe – Gamesmere Dancing Queen At Firecurl, Clover – Firecurl Georgie Porgie, & Sorrel – Firecurl Ace; Nigel Spraggins with Nornie – Sh Ch Maycourt Hot Love At Tusepo, Merry – Tusepo Amazing Love, & Hoolit – Tusepo Miss Scarlet; Jo & Charles McKenzie with Tresco – Ravenho Toulouse Latresco At Beddgelert; Marie Gill with Mira – Ravenho Midnight Miracle At Saxonholme; and Vicki Hayes with Anise – Gorchest’s Pendlecurl’s Rising Star At Pepperiever.

Sorrel was all ready to meet the public…
Hoolit is the new member of the team, at just 21 weeks old. She really enjoyed herself, and of course nobody can resist a curly puppy…
The weather was fab and everyone had a brilliant weekend, with lots of interested people visiting the stand. On Sunday they had two Curly visitors, Otis & Fern, who ended up going away with a quick haircut….

Winners will be announced during the judging break.
The Curly Coated figurine must have bids higher than £20.
The Fedora Hat has no reserve.
The Butterfield lodge stay comes with the below terms and conditions:
A two night stay for 4 people and 2 dogs at Butterfield Lodge, a cabin in Derbyshire.
Selected dates only, Mon-Friday, not school holidays, Christmas, New Year or Bank Holidays
Bids must be £50 or higher
If you leave before the draw is complete you will be responsible for any postage of the item if won.
